What happend to the Ultimate Revivor Bundle: Alpha Edition

Sadly two people failed to approve the first version of this bundle, so we couldn't bring it live. Unfortunately other bundles, which have been created lately also had this problem, it seems there are people submitting their games to all kind of different bundles,  but then cant be reached to approve the bundle, or just dont do it, which forces the bundle creator to start all over again with the creation of a bundle and then again ask all people which already would have approved it to approve again, its just pain, but itch doesnt seem to care at all to properly update the whole co-op bundle procedure, to make it easier for creators, even though they have been ask to do this multiple times!
